The Greyhound Bookie System

For version 6.0 or higher!

Take a race with 6 runners. Put runners No 1, 3 and 5 in one group, and runners 2, 4, 6 - in another group. Note which group has lower aggregate odds, then Dutch-back this group.

A detailed explanation can be found here.

Right-click here to download the trigger file.

Apparently the idea is to back on the three selections which have higher chances of winning the race.

And here is an example of how the bets might look.

It works very well with a little modification ! Just replace the comma by a semi-colon like this in the conditions :
"index is in list 1, 3, 5" by "index is in list 1; 3; 5" do the same for the other condition

    Bye.

  9. bbsddf @ Tue, 25 Aug 2009 11:13 GMT
This never places a bet in my experience - had it running

following libe appears never to happen

    100*(1/r_2_back_price + 1/r_4_back_price + 1/r_6_back_price)

Anyon eknow how to get this working ?
  10. Feeder @ Fri, 11 Sep 2009 17:53 GMT
You need to use comma when decimal separator is a "dot", and a semicolon when decimal separator is a "comma". It depends on the settings of your Windows.

bbsddf, what does the trigger log file say?

    Hi feeder

    I get the following

    Checking condition: and Trigger Expression match_b_book is greater than 100*(1/s_1_back_price + 1/s_3_back_price + 1/s_5_back_price)
Condition is false. "2. Ballinulty Zone": 17.54
Remaining conditions in the block will not be checked.

    Checking condition: and Trigger Expression match_b_book is greater than 100*(1/s_2_back_price + 1/s_4_back_price + 1/s_6_back_price)
Condition is false. "1. There He Went": 20.00
Remaining conditions in the block will not be checked.

This is all i ever get in all the markets - hasnt placed a bet so far. I presume the market doesnt reach the requiered state

Hi, can you explain exactly how this trigger works, because "A detailed explanation can be found here." link not working. Thanks!
  14. Peter @ Mon, 03 May 2010 21:27 GMT
hahahaha.....tested this in sim-mode. This software is completely wrong at times. It records winners as losers and losers as winner very often. Something is seriously wrong here.
