When the market turns in-play lay on all selections whose price jumped from less than 3 to higher than 6 within one refresh (potential losers).

Short Explanation
To determine whether the price of the potential loser has jumped from 3.0 to >6.0 within one refresh, we must check the selection's lay price leap, for this is the price change within one refresh. The variable that returns this value (lay price change in ticks) is l_leap. So the formula r_ticks(lay_price,-l_leap) will return the price that the selection had one refresh ago. So if the current price is greater than 6.0, and r_ticks(lay_price,-l_leap) is less than 3.0, then this selection qualifies for the trigger.
