What's up:
- Fri, 03 Jul 2009Back-Dutching to lose a fixed amount, with loss recoupment
This is a similar example to "Back-Dutching to win a fixed amount, with loss recoupment". Its main difference is that you don't know how much exactly you will win, as this depends on the prices of the selections you are going to back on. The higher are the prices, the more you will win. But at the same time you need to recoup the losses from the previous market completely, so a slightly more complicated formula is used in this case.
- Fri, 03 Jul 2009Back-Dutching to win a fixed amount, with loss recoupment
Place back Dutch bets on chosen selections. If all bets lost, recoup the loss in the next market, taking the commission into account.

- Fri, 03 Jul 2009Football Cash Generator (Back on 0-0, lay on The Draw)
For version 6.0 or higher
At the start of a football match place a back bet on the selection named "0 - 0" in a Correct Score market.
At the same time use 95% of the expected profit from this "0 - 0" bet to place a lay bet on "The Draw" in a Match Odds market of the same game. I.e. back £10 at 12 on "0 - 0", that makes £110 expected profit. Then lay on "The Draw" at 3.5: 110*0.95 / (3.5 - 1) = £41.8.

For version 6.0 or higher!
Take a race with 6 runners. Put runners No 1, 3 and 5 in one group, and runners 2, 4, 6 - in another group. Note which group has lower aggregate odds, then Dutch-back this group.

For version 6.0 or higher!
Back on a selection according to the D'Alembert plan. The plan itself is described here.
The triggers are very similar to those provided in the trigger example called "Laying according to the D'Alembert staking plan". The only change we made is replace "lay" with "back" and remove the exchange commission correction, as it's irrelevant to this very case.
- Wed, 01 Jul 2009Choosing your own winners when testing a system
With the latest version of MF Pro 6.0, which is currently in beta-testing stage, it has become possible to test different betting systems without risking actual money.
There are several rules which MF Pro can follow when settling a market in Test Mode. Some of them are pretty automated, like random winner or the selection with the lowest traded price.
These methods are convenient when you have loads of markets to test in one go. But they can prove inefficient when you bet on different selection each time and there is no generic rule to describe your choice.
- Tue, 30 Jun 2009Laying by Ratchet Staking Plan
For version 6.0 or higher!
Basicly the idea is to set a starting bank, then divide it in a number of equal points or stakes.
Then lay the first stake on the chosen selection. If it lost, keep laying the same stakes until some point (it can be either maximum loss limit or the number of losses in a row).
If it won and the bank now exceeded its initial value, then divide the bank by the same number of points, thus increasing the next bet. If, however, the bank size is still below the initial value, keep laying to the size of the latest stake.
- Mon, 29 Jun 2009Version 6.0 Beta-Testing StartedWe are announcing the start of FREE beta-testing MarketFeeder Pro 6.0. The testing period will last for no less than a month, and everybody is welcome to participate in it. The approximate end date is 23th of July, 2009.
- Fri, 26 Jun 2009Lay by Percentage Point staking plan
For version 6.0 or higher
This is an implementation of the "Percentage Point Staking Plan" described in this article. The only difference is that the trigger will lay instead of backing.
The betting starts with deciding how many bets you want to place based on your starting bank and the liability of an average bet. For example, if you have £1000 in your account, and the liability of each bet should be £10, then you aim at placing 100 bets (or points).
- Thu, 25 Jun 2009Lay to a fixed liability, then increase stake by 10% until win
For version 6.0 or higher.
Lay on a selection to a fixed liability, that is to lay so that a given amount is lost if the bet loses, regardless of the price.
If the bet lost, increase the liability of the next bet by 10% until it wins, or until the maximum liability limit is reached.
