Asian Handicap market
A Handicap market is a market where the P/L of your bet on a selection depends on special circumstances that arise during the event. It is a form of spread betting. For example, in an Asian Handicap football market, you bet on a team to win with an advantage of a predefined range of goals. How much you win or lose from that bet, depends on how close your guess was to the actual number of goals with which they won/lost the game.
